- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I used this last year and had to file and amendment, small oversite right? Well again I used them this year and am waiting for my taxes admist wrong information and annoying phonecalls regarding when the check is available. They really need to get it together. When you call them and ask WHERE IS IT SOMEONE CALLED ME they answer "I was at work saturday Im surprised anyone called you" what the hell does that mean ANNOYING kow what your talking about to customers or dont say anything at all.
