  My plates were stolen and I was given misinformation by the police officer. The officer actually called me, didn't bother to come out to see me personally. I was told I didn't need a physical police report just the case number. So after standing in line for over an hour at the DMV guess what?? You need a physical copy of the police report. Now I'm driving around without tags trying to get the report and the non-emergency officers are acting like I'm inconveniencing them. So frustrated..I don't know what's going on Elk Grove lately but I don't feel safe and getting help is a nuisance to those that are supposed to help. 7/6/17 - modifying my rating. I'm back at my favorite park even though I was a bit hesitant after the 4th incident but I was happy to see a police suv cruising the park. That makes me feel a bit better that they are patrolling the area in the early morning hours.

  I am hearing on social media today your officers murdered 2 family pets. Is this standard protocol for your department. My understanding is that your officers were not attacked by the animals. Shame on all of you. I hope you wind up getting sued by the family that owns these animals. I would think shooting would be your last resort and only if animals were attacking officers. Smdh

  Very understanding and fair in dealing with the mother of my kids and my custody issues when it comes to court orders. Nothing but positive feedback for these awesome officers!
