  Beware. These people should not be allowed to be in business. We used this place last year for our taxes. Most of the people here are apparently retired, and have VERY minimal computer software knowledge. Our return took forever, when at least half of her time was spent trying to figure out the forms and asking for help from her supervisor. After charging us an outrageous amount (would not disclose the fees before we sat down...we should have walked out then), it turns out that the accountant botched the return (she admitted to us at the time she didn't really know how to handle it), and we ended up owing several hundred dollars back, on top of a fee for an inaccurate return. Before we found out that we owed several hundred dollars back, another rep called for a review. When I rated her 4 out of 5 stars (which I thought was extremely generous), the supervisor got very upset and started rambling about how a 4 is the same as a 0 in their system, and essentially demanded that I change my ratings. When I told her I wouldn't, because the service really was not very good and 3 stars was more than generous, the supervisor told me she would just explain that I gave those reviews because I didn't like what they charged us. LIAR. And that was BEFORE I discovered our return was botched. These people are a few "blocks" short.
