  I have been wirh this agent for over 10 years. She has been nothing but helpful. Including her staff. She has assisted me with my 3 cars and plus my renters insurance. Though not their fault over the years I have notice that statefarm has automated some of their services over the years. She has been my agent for 10 plus years and I have been with statefarm for over 25 years.

  By far the WORST experience I have ever had with any insurance agent. This so called agent is not accessible. I called to report that my vehicle had been stolen and she curtly and rudely informed me to contact claims. Then tried to brush me off of the phone. I was forced to search for the claims number and contact them myself and attempt to submit a claim. After months of trying to complete my claim she had the audacity to contact me and request that I inform her of the status of my claim. Apparently, she's too busy to just call them herself. I then emailed her requesting that she contact them herself since she is their agent and then give me an update of the claim. 4 emails and 2 weeks later she finally responds indicating that she would be available that day and basically demanding that I provide her all information as to what I wanted her to do with my vehicle. My vehicle was stolen in January and now that it is March she finally decides she wants to do her job and actually help me complete my claim. Anyone who has their insurance through her I recommend you run away as fast as possible and find a more reputable agent. I was automatically assigned to her since I requested an agent for Sacramento when I moved. If I had known this was the type of service I would receive I would've just stayed with my original agent. It's pretty sad when the agent acts like they're doing me a favor by talking to me when it's my premiums which pay their bills.
